How much does it cost to use the services of a
Home Investor Specialist?
Each Member Specialist is an independent professional and is free
to establish his/her own fees for services. We therefore recommend you
discuss and agree upon payment for the services you wish to have
performed BEFORE engaging the services of any Home Investor
Specialist.
In many cases, a Specialist can assist investors in locating and
making an offer to purchase an investment property in their role as a
sales agent if they are a licensed Realtor®. Whenever a Specialist is
working as an agent for the seller, they are required to provide
buyers (customers) with honest, unbiased, and fair treatment in their
search for a new home.

Does Home Investor get paid by Home Investor
Specialists?
No, membership to the
Association of Home Investor Specialists is free.

How do I find out who my local Home Investor
Specialist is?

local Specialist who should contact you directly. We request you complete this
confidential inquiry form so that we can be sure to provide you with
the most appropriate member for your needs.

What if you do not have a specialist in my
area, can you still help me?
Sometimes we can be of some assistance even if we don't have a
member in your area.

Can any real estate professional use the Home
Investor designation?
No, the Home Investor Specialist designation (IAHIS) is reserved for
active Member Professionals only.

Who can join the National Association Of Home
Investor Specialist™ (AHIS™)?
